Keep in mind a fair number of PvE'rs tend to run Riposte & Deadly Riposte builds in PvP and would just lol at the thumber and say "What were you thinkiing?"
And yes the PvP'er should just turn and move to another target after one hit, but its amazing how many just don't pay attention to those little red number poping up over thier heads

Your so wrong on so many skills your on a completly different level of stupid than anyone I've ever seen.
CK2, put most of what you said correct in his reply, ill help though.
Shove - Good finnishing move, since it kills off adrenaline AND does Damg, Plus its Tactics, so anyone can use it, PLUS youneed no points in Tactics to get the KD only the DMG, its versitle and effective.
Headbutt and Quivering Blade - Who cares about Daze on a Warrior unless yor one of those Healing Hands/Vig Spirit/Mending Wammo tards. The upside far out weighs teh down. Headbutt is a big spike DMG and Quivering is pretty spammable under an IAS and Warriors cunning.
Charge is Elite because its a party wide speed buff.
Coward is awsomesauce now after the buff, it can be used AT RANGE and again easily spammable under an IAS, works offensivly or deffensivly and with no attribute can be used by any class, Paragons and Warriors with Spears can do amazing things with this skill.
Experts Dextarity - Put yur Exp atts at 15 and run D SHot, it now recharges in like 3 secs and costs 5 energy, you can shut down an entire casters bar with that combo
Boon Signet - You say the heal is weak, the heal is not the point its the energy gain that is
Peace and Harmony - 30 sec duration with ZERO in Divine with a 10 sec recharge and 5e that means ANY support character can run it AND maintain it on your 2-3 monk backline its versital helps monks maintain other enchantments like HOly Veil with no penalty
Quicksand - gives advantage to Adrenaline builds, your buffs for it are idiotic.
Sig of Midnight - does not need to be "more intersting to necromancers' Blind is a powerful condition and it's a non attribute signet, any caster can use it
PD - On a good mes, it owns bottom line, IF you hit your interupts, who needs the other skills, if you run PD your job is to interupt, plus it adds recharge to the interupted skill, you can shut down a good part of anyones bar with it.
Its just a Fleash Wound- Your buff idea is pure *every insulting cuss word in the world here* retardedness, 20-40 armor buff for removing a condition, NO. Why would a monk ever carry RC again when they get free armor from this? and the deep wound ends when the shout does, read the skill the shout is a shout, no time duration, so you have like a half second deep wound, dumb idea again.
I'm done with you, please get better at PvE and then play some PvP (not RA or AB) and learn a few things before walking in here embarassing yourself. You honestly have no idea how most of the skills you say suck even work.

I haven't read everything, I'm sure that this has been mentioned, but I would still like to say that the worst elite skill IMO is Skull Crack.
Skull Crack may have had some potential use back in prophecies when there were barely any other sources for daze (in fact, I can only think of Concussion Shot). Now, with skills like Temple Strike, BHA, Bestial Mauling or even Stunning Strike, there is completely no reason to take this, in any possible situation. Even Headbutt+Plague Touch beats this.
The daze is even conditional, and with a 1/2 activation time (long for interrupts) using this on monks will be a problem. The most outragous thing is the adrenaline cost, which is 9 (!).
I seriously can't think of any elite which is worse than this.
Optional buffs (note that this skill is unlinked and therefore buffs should be careful):
-Lower adrenaline cost drastically (to 5-6) and keep it as it is.
-Make Daze Unconditional, but attribute it to str and make it req #+ str to work, so only warriors can use it.
-Unblockable, longer daze. Maybe +dmg or auto critical hit.

you dont play a mm much do you? you dont lose near as much health as you think. minions have a much slower attack speed. Im lucky to see order of undeathx15 on the side of my screen, even then i lose a whole 150 health. k thanks bi.

-Its no atrribute and you always get a 10 second daze.
-Any class can stick it in their bar since its no attribute.
-its adren based and costs no energy, so its only in rare cases unusable.
-it interrupts any action.
-its a 1/2 speed attack, meaning scythe and hammer get added dps with it(sword and axe do as well, but they are usually fast enough under frenzy)
Only downside with it is if you suck at interrupt. Having problems getting to 9 adren, use adren boosters like "FGJ!". If you Enraging charge + "FGJ!" you get about 8 adren strikes.

When the game first came out is fairly common to see a ranger with a hammer in PvE. Moreso in PvP, granted, but still pretty frequent. I had a guildie that used to run an axe build too. It was actually even effective enough to make him viable in PvE.
Of course, PvE warrior builds have improved a lot since then.

Shove was a pretty shit way to do it to be fair, I'd rather just have people run Gales/Shock/Hammers so the warriors didn't have to run a shitty bar.

Still ok in PvE, but yeah, its casting time makes it garbage in PvP.
This skill has synergy with Masochism. you can remove 9-10e off the cost of spells. I ran a life steal build with it, functioned well, but I'm sure the best build for this skill is still out there.
People run Thunderclap interrupters. Its a pretty good RA build as it can completely shut a few casters down. In team play, it reacts to any hit with a lightning weapon, so as long as you have the energy, you can have your tank do the interrupting.

Its not so bad if the player knows how to play the game. I wouldn't want one on my TA team, but in RA, any contribution is welcome. (except Defy Pain >.<)
